Amber Alert Issued for 4 Year Old Illinois Boy

CANCELLED BOY FOUND!!!

The Bradley Illinois Police Department
and the state of Illinois canceled the Amber
Alert after the child was found safe early
Sunday morning in Youngstown Ohio.
The suspect, Paul Mounce Sr., was taken
into custody. Police say no charges will
be filed against the second suspect.

The Bradley Illinois Police Department and the state

of Illinois issued the Amber Alert after the child was
abducted on November 19, from a McDonalds.

Paul A. Mounce Jr., a 4 year old white male.

He weighs 42 pounds, is 44 inches tall, and
has brown hair and blue eyes.
He is wearing a long sleeved blue shirt with
yellow stripes, and blue jeans.
His front teeth are decayed.

There are two suspects. The first suspect is

Paul Mounce Sr, a white male, 28 years old,
6 feet tall, 155 pounds, brown hair in braids,
and brown eyes.
He is wearing a gold necklace, gold rings,
a black t-shirt with white letters and black jeans.
Paul Mounce may be physically abusive and
under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

The second suspect is Donald Rhodes,

a white male, 29, 5 feet 5 inches tall,
135 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes.
He is wearing a blue Nike baseball cap,
a gray and white checked hooded sweatshirt,
black t-shirt, blue jeans and red and gray
Nike tennis shoes.

They left the McDonald's in a dark blue

1994 Chevrolet Corsica, Ohio license plate EJ55VG.
They are possibly enroute to 35 Manchester,
Youngstown, Ohio.
