Wiarton Willie, shown here in February, passed awayyesterday morning. He’d been ill for several months.
No I had nothing to do with his death....
He has been estimated to have been around
8 yrs of age.
Willie will be cremated and his ashes buried at a
memorial service on Monday in a shrine created next
to the much larger-than-life stone sculpture of Willie
in the Bluewater park.
