Terror suspect Harkat to be released on bail!!

An Algerian native who has been detained for about
three-and-a-half years on suspicion of being an
al Qaeda sleeper was granted bail Tuesday.
Mohamed Harkat is to be fitted with an electronic
monitoring advice, which he must wear at all times, as
part of the strict bail terms set out by the court, a
Federal Court justice ruled Tuesday.
