Natalee's Family has finally had enough waiting.
Aruba LE has done nothing to help this family find out
what happened to their daughter.
The Van der sloot family were served apparently in two places.
The father and mother at the hotel and Joran Van de Sloot
on the Plane
The wrongful-death lawsuit seeks unspecified financial damages
against Joran Van Der Sloot and his father.
The lawsuit claims that Paulus Van Der Sloot knowingly enabled
his son to continue his "violent and anti-social lifestyle" and
claims at least three Aruban women have accused Joran of
date rape.
Reportedly the family filed a lawsuit against the two in
Manhattan's state Supreme Court and served them with a court
summons.
The lawsuit, which refers to Joran as "the predator," claims
that Paulus Van Der Sloot helped his son and the Kalpoe
brothers cover up the crime after Holloway disappeared,
advising them not to discuss it via telephone or email.
Holloway's parents, Elizabeth Ann Twitty and
Dave Edward Holloway, have asked for an unspecified amount
of punitive damages from van der Sloot and his father, Paulus
van der Sloot, an Aruban judge.
In a section of the case called "Natalee's Nightmare," the
lawsuit alleges that "the next hours of Natalee's young life
were marked by torment, terror and debasement," adding
that she was kept against her will, sexually assaulted and
fondled by van der Sloot and "his accomplices" as she "drifted
in and out of consciousness."
reportedly also the Lawyer who represented Joran,
Antonio Carlo, who is also Paulus van der Sloot's boss on Aruba
indicated he was not happy about Joran's trip to America
for the ABC interview.
"I'm on Aruba, you can draw your own conclusions," he said.
Paulus van der Sloot joined Carlo's legal firm as a lawyer in
January this year.
