Valentine's Day:-
Every February, across
the country, candy, flowers,
and gifts are exchanged
between loved ones, all in
the name of St. Valentine.
But who is this mysterious
saint and why do we celebrate this holiday?
The history of Valentine's Day -- and its patron saint
-- is shrouded in mystery.
But we do know that February has long been a month of romance.

The day is only approximately 3 weeks away and hopefully
most of us have made their plans. Restaurants and stores
make alot of money from this holiday and are usually packed
and crowded. Book your restaurants early!
Before Christmas was gone the store had Valentine day
goods up. I was amazed at the nerve of them.
I guess it was an attempt to keep the holiday spirits up
and the compulsive spender, spending.
Valentine's Day in Jamaica was special. It was the day
you mailed or slipped valentine cards to someone you liked
without anyone knowing the sender. It created mystery
and it was fun.
Its the only time you can freely declare you love safely
without rejection and hurt.
This valentine spend alittle extra time planning and go ahead
and take a chance on love.
I am still stressing the care need to be safe in your choices.
