Montreal police collar repeat pedophile
after he's ID'd by two boys

MONTREAL --
A convicted former Toronto pedophile accused of
sexually assaulting two young boys and who
triggered a manhunt has been captured near
Montreal.
Quebec provincial police arrested
Samuel Kenneth Treacher, 42, a repeat offender
pedophile, Friday night in the Ile-Perrot district.
A warrant had been issued for his arrest on Jan. 2
after two boys, aged 10 and 11, were sexually
assaulted in the city's western Cote-des-Neiges
neighbourhood.
Treacher's photo was distributed to the public
on Friday.
Police said they suspected he was heading
back to Ontario.
But a resident of Ile-Perrot notified police later
in the day that Treacher had taken shelter
in his ice-fishing hut near a marina.
He offered no resistance as he was arrested.
Montreal police said he was to be charged with
four counts of sexual touching.
On Dec. 29, the boys were approached by a man
who offered them candy and fondled them
several times as he wrestled with them in
the snow, according to police.
He pretended to check their pant size for the
new trousers he promised them.
The boys grew uncomfortable and ran home
to tell their parents, who called police.

AGREES TO PHOTO

Based on the boys' description, police identified
Treacher.
When they went to Treacher's Cote-des-Neiges
home, he denied contact with the boys, but
agreed to have his picture taken.
The boys identified Treacher from several
photos, but when police went to arrest him he
had already fled.
Treacher is known to Ontario police to have
committed several sexual assaults over
the past 20 years. He served time in an
Ontario prison and was under several lifetime
release conditions.

THESE men need lifetime sentences or to
be put away in a closed community with
each other only.
A enclosed barred community with their
own shops, medical center, homes etc.
They can never leave it except for
extream medical reasons.
there is no way to monitor them and they
never change. Psychologist can study them
but not cure them and they recieve outrages
fees for this. It's time to stop the drainage on
society from this profession.
