Florida Suspect Beat his Family to Death on Thanksgiving

Details are emerging re: the killings of four members of a Florida
family. The Sarasota Herald-Tribune reports the victims were
beaten to death with a pipe on Thanksgiving.A 20-year-old
man has admitted to detectives he killed his family.
The man's parents, elderly grandmother and younger brother
were found in their home Sunday.
Henderson, whose criminal history includes domestic violence,
aggravated assault and carrying a concealed firearm on school
grounds, had a troubled relationship with his parents, a
neighbour said. Efforts to help him with his a drug addiction,
had failed.

Henderson returned to the family house Sunday morning and
confronted his mother's parents, Wauchula residents who had
grown worried because they had not heard from Richard and
Jeaneane Henderson in a couple of days.
Henderson told them not to go down the road because his folks
were fighting. Through a window, the relatives and neighbors were
able to see at least one body on a floor in a utility room covered
with a comforter.One of Henderson's uncles who arrived at the
house kicked in a door. The authorities were called about 12:30
p.m.
It is reported that on Friday, Henderson, who had been living
with his parents, checked in at the Guesthouse International Inn
in Ellenton near U.S. 301 and Interstate 75.He paid cash and
stayed in Room 230, a smoking room with a king size bed.
Hotel employees said Henderson, was accompanied by two
younger girls in dark clothing, with black lipstick and black
fingernail polish.
