Woman's body parts found in
two spots in Toronto

A leg – still sporting a gold ankle bracelet – uncovered at a
Toronto garbage sorting station and a torso spotted in an
alley belonged to the same woman, police say.
The leg was discovered while workers sorted trash at a
transfer station in the city's east end on Friday afternoon,
police announced late Saturday.
A passerby saw the torso Saturday morning in an alley
in the Parkdale neighbourhood, west of downtown.
Officers wouldn't say whether they had recovered the
full body.
The woman has not yet been identified.
Police said the remains are those of a white woman,
with light brown hair who weighed between 150 and
170 pounds.
They estimate that she was between five feet six inches
and five feet nine inches tall.
Investigators said their best hope of identifying the
woman stemmed from a gold Avon ankle bracelet
studded with diamonds.
They're searching through missing persons reports,
while appealing for help from the public.
-Everyday more and more women are murdered.
Stronger laws and more time for murders needed.
The 25 years with early parole for murders lets them
out again to murder at least 3 times.
Murder should be 100 years- life.
