Marital Affairs:
The exhilarating, exciting, passionate and

romantic feelings of an affair may be short

lived.

They are also damaging, destructive, cruel,

painful, time-wasting and demeaning for all

parties involved.

Some affairs may total 1 night other days,

months years.

Secrets have a way of being exposed

when you least expect them and this form

of recreation is a cruel pastime.

An affair is a sexual relationship that lasts

more than one night where at least one of

the lovers is publicly committed to someone

else. One of the party members is married

most likely with kids and forsaking the

vows they made when they married.

Sadly, affairs end up hurting more than

just an unsuspecting partner.

When children, are involved it can have

serious repercussions.

Some affairs of course end happily for the

couple - let's face it, many good second

marriages began as illicit romances

- but a majority of extra-marital liaisons

relationship will ever end happily.

The individual could also take matters

into their own hands to ensure this

commitment human nature takes

and although the couple may try to

mend things, It takes a long while to

rebuilt the trust.
Marriage is a promise to honor and

cherish one another with a

commitment of fidelity, love and trust.

A giving of one's self to his or her

spouse.

may bring home.
How can I tell if my partner is having

an affair?

Changes. A guy might bathe or shower

more often. He may take up running.

He may start going to the gym or get

himself a fashionable haircut. He may

become more romantic within the

marriage, or indeed he may become

quite callous or indifferent towards

you, and he will almost certainly

start 'working late' or taking trips

abroad on business.

These things on their own do

not prove your partner is

having an affair, but they are

good indicators.

Women also change if they are having

an affair. They lose weight. They buy

more modern clothes and get new

hairstyles. They start 'going for a

drink after work' and have more

nights out, supposedly with

girlfriends. They may take up an

evening class. They will frequently

buy their live-in partner little loving

gifts because they are feeling guilty,

and sometimes they become extra

keen on sex and become more

randy and hot in bed than they have

for years.

Yes, it is possible to save your marriage

after an affair. It of course has to be a

two way feeling.

Marriage Counseling is the best method

used.

If you can work past an infidelity,

chances are you can rebuild the

relationship and stay together.
