Officials Crack Down On Sex
Offenders Ahead Of Halloween
October 29, 2005
State law enforcement officials will
be keeping a close watch on convicted
sex offenders this Halloween.
The most dangerous offenders are
being ordered to stay in their homes
from 3 p.m. Monday afternoon, or
whenever they leave work,
until 6 p.m. Tuesday morning.
Convicted sex offenders are also
banned from participating in any
Halloween activities, such as
opening their doors to
trick-or-treaters or wearing
costumes.
Throughout the night, state
parole officers will be making
phone calls and random house
visits to make sure the sex
offenders are staying in.
HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
