Dangerous Liaisons
Protecting our teens is a parents number
ONE DUTY
Today with both parents working,
less time is spent with the teenagers.
Without taught family values our
children lose their way.
Searching the net I found these rules.
The Dater's Bill of Rights
I have the right to refuse a date without
feeling guilty.
I can ask for a date without feeling rejected
or inadequate if the answer is no.
I do not have to act macho.
I may choose not to act seductively.
If I don't want physical closeness, I have
the right to say no.
I have the right to start a relationship
slowly, to say, "I want to get to know
you better before I become involved."
I have the right to be myself without
changing to suit others.
I have the right to change a relationship
when my feelings change.
I can say, "We used to be close, but I
want something else now."
If I am told a relationship is changing, I
have the right not to blame or change
myself to keep it going.
I have the right to an equal relationship
with my partner.
I have the right not to dominate or to
be dominated.
I have the right to act one way with
one person and a different way with
someone else.
I have the right to change my goals
whenever I want.

I WILL NOT FORGET!!!!!

It has been a year since the day
Natalee Holloway went missing.
A WHOLE YEAR PLUS SINCE
JORAN VAN DE SLOOT,
DEEPAK KALPOE AND
SATISH KALPOE
WERE LAST SEEN WITH
NATALEE HOLLOWAY.
I have not given up and neither have
other bloggers. There is no way that the
ALE has not been able to retrieve clues
in this case. Is this girl hidden in
someone's deep freeze?
Well how much longer can this be before
she is discovered. Aruba is an Island with
some drastic murder antics.

Last Phase of the Holloway Case
With a recap of the Fox News coverage, the
media now rests waiting for something to
emerge that will shed new light on the
disappearance of Natalee Holloway.
Their theories to date have led them nowhere
but they proudly present all they have done
as an example of an exhaustive search.
This column is a reminder of what they
haven’t done or considered.
First of all they have not given a hard look
at a possible motive for her disappearance.
I covered this is a previous article you can
find under my other articles. This is a key
determinate that all investigations pursue.
Motive answers why someone would want
to abduct Natalee. I use the word
abduction because murder is premature.
Without any evidence to support this crime,
abduction was seldom considered.
You will note that the media seldom mentioned
this possibility. They focused mainly on the
what they assumed had happened to Natalee
(i.e she had been murdered).
This focus in spite of no evidence to support
it- evidently was their vision of what would be
most news worthy.
The results speak for themselves.
Where does that now leave us?
It leaves us reviewing the whole case from
the standpoint of what went wrong in the
investigation that nothing was turned up.
This leads us to the investigators and their
methodology. This leads us to a review of
their theories on what happened and why
they looked where they did.
It leads us to ask why there is not an
internal review process being conducted
and if it is , when will the results
of that investigation be made public?
Concluding they did all that they could -
with no results is unacceptable.
It is unacceptable to the grieving family and
it is unacceptable to Natalee’s hope and it is
unacceptable to the country of Aruba.
For the reputation of either a corrupt or
incompetent police investigation will not
enhance visitors to flock to a country where
they may disappear and never be found.
It is in everyone’s interest except the guilty
to dig deeper into the case. One could excuse
the performance of the investigation as a lack
of leads or evidence but that begs the question
Why? With a reward and a small island to
search , false arrests (based on what?) and
screwball theories tossed out by a chief
investigator, the lack of leads and evidence
rings phony. Unless these red herrings
can be satisfactorily be explained it is time
for the investigation to focus on the
methodology and the agency doing the
investigation. This must be asked for- and
insisted upon - to either exonerate the
investigation team or find it’s faults.
The evident hope of the guilty party is to play
for time until public opinion becomes
resigned that the crime falls into the
unsolvable category.
This is almost too obvious. At the slightest
hint of bad publicity, an arrest comes
forward only to vaporize without
information. This is the tactic of “doing
something” just as a worker can appear
to look busy. It is not leading to results :
therefore, it is not aimed at solving the
crime.
Random arrests appear to be attempts
at effort but when this effort becomes a
visible ploy, serious interrogation of the
reason for the technique must be activated.
Those responsible should be aware they are
either encouraging skepticism or if they are
involved, looking more and more guilty as
time passes.
This is because if they are hiding something
they have no other choice to pursue.
They cannot find what will incriminate
them and they cannot expose what they
want to hide.
If nothing Could be done it would be a far
different story. But something Can be done
and it isn’t.
This is what makes this case so intriguing.
If it were fiction there would be thousands
of readers questioning the events, possible
motives and who was involved?
There would be an expectation the conclusion
of the book would reveal the culprits.
Nothing would be excluded as possible and
an elaborate plot to abduct young attractive
girls including corruption and cover up would
be brought to light, the villains caught and
the ending would be satisfactory.
There would be no loose ends left hanging and
there would be no public acceptance of the
nonsense the crime was unsolvable.
But this is a real case and as such
is not just something an author dreamed
up. A real person disappeared, a real person
abducted her and a real person ( or persons)
is out there thinking they are not going to be
found out.
The only thing these criminals have to hope
for is disinterest.
That isn’t going to happen. In the first place,
there are too many unanswered questions
and in the second place another similar crime
will cast light on what has been going
on. Criminals have to try again when they
succeed and it is only a matter of time until
they do. It would be better for all if that
didn’t happen. Digging into the investigation
may prevent the need for another victim and
reveal what really happened to the girl from
Alabama.

Terror suspects appear in court.
Aly Hindy, a Toronto imam and friend
of the highly-controversial Khadr
family,
who have well-established connections
to al-Qaeda.
Mr. Hindy, a controverisial Iman, leads
an Islamic centre in Scarborough, said
he knew several of the accused
because they prayed at his mosque
but said they were not terrorists.
"He said the charges are to keep
George Bush happy, that's all."
No new information about the
allegations were read into court, but
it was noted that the alleged
conspiracy dated back to March
2005. It was also revealed that some
terror training may have taken place
in Fort Erie, Ont. near the U.S. border
and at location north of Toronto
near Barrie, Ont.,
Lawyers for the accused, asked that
their clients be provided with a
Koran, and in one case prescription
eyewear.
In a statement, Prime Minister
Stephen Harper said the arrests
showed that Canadians are not
immune to acts of terrorism.
"Today, Canada's security and
intelligence measures worked.
Canada's new government will pursue
its efforts to ensure the national
security of all Canadians,"
said Mr. Harper.
Mr Hindy forgive me for not trusting
you and yours.
My eyes will be on guard from now
on in Canada.

OTTAWA—The Conservative government has sparked
outrage among native people by reneging on a federal deal
to help relocate the trouble-plagued Kashechewan reserve
in Northern Ontario.
This is a disgrace. Mr Harper you must house our Native

Canadians must come first in this country as we are the

By STEVE DUNLEAVY
May 30, 2006 -- THE memories for Beth Holloway Twitty
came flooding back.
Memories of a beautiful young daughter, Natalee, whose
passionate love of life vanished on the island of Aruba
exactly one year ago today.
But also nightmare memories - of a frustrating, bumbling
investigation on the island and ugly threats against her life.
"One of the several threats I received was that if I stayed
on the island, I would be chopped up in little pieces, put
in a fish trap and floated out to sea," she said.
John Q. Kelly, her Manhattan-based lawyer, who on the
stand chopped O.J. Simpson into little pieces in a civil
suit, told me:
"Obviously, we don't know exactly where those threats
came from, and the police there don't seem to care.
But there is a huge back-street drug market on the
island and, frankly, a lot of people don't want
Americans poking around there.
"The investigation has been a terrible example of a
mixture of utter incompetence and corruption."
Dave Holloway, Natalee's father and Beth's
ex-husband, told me, "Three weeks after Natalee's
disappearance, the assistant prosecutor, Amalin
Flanegin, quit the case.
"She indicated to me she pointed police in the obvious
direction . . . and they ignored her."
I caught up with Beth Holloway on the phone as she
was boarding a flight to Montreal to expand an
organization she started, Safe Travels Foundation.
"It is to inform people before going to foreign places
how to proceed locally if faced with a crisis," she said.
"I'm extremely unwelcome in Aruba, so we could not
even have a memorial service for Natalee one year
after her disappearance. I'll never set foot on that
island again."
"Nor will I," echoed Dave.
As for me - I once spent a vacation there, but I
wouldn't go back if they paid me.
I read this and loved it...thought I would share it

The 30 Of May 2005 revisited...
Today is the 30th May 2006.Natalee Holloway was last seen Monday, May 30, 2005
at around 1:30 A.M. leaving Carlos 'n' Charlie's club
with 3 young males.
Joran van de sloot, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe.
She was never seen again.

These three boys for NO REASON other than guilt
immediately blamed her dissappearance on
2 black security guards

Joran's father Paulos a shady character intevened
parents have done
everything to find out the fate of their offspring.
Lies and coverups have trailed this case and if
someone expects a parent to give up when there
is no sign of their daughter...
then they are in for a long wait. Parents need
closure or this will go on for ever.
The three boys may feel they are home free
but think of the stigma we all intend to hang over
them for the rest of their lives.
Aruba residents need to tell these boys that ...
Truth is the only thing that will set them free.

100 percent on Tuesday.
Thanks For NOTHING Aruba!!!
may be 1 more ocean search
5/29/2006, 11:53 a.m. ET
The Associated Press
MERIDIAN, Miss. (AP) — A final search off the
coast of the Dutch Caribbean island of Aruba
could take place next month in the case of
Natalee Holloway, the missing teenager's
father says.
The Clinton, Miss., native, was 18 when she
disappeared in May 2005 during a graduation
trip to the island with her Mountain Brook, Ala.,
high school classmates. She was last seen
leaving a bar with three young men on
May 30, 2005.
Dutch marines, the Aruban Coast Guard, the
FBI and hundreds of volunteers have searched
the island and coastal areas of Aruba for
Holloway, to no avail.
Tuesday marks the one-year anniversary of
her disappearance.
Authorities have arrested nine people in
connection with Holloway's disappearance and
then released them for lack of evidence.
Aruban authorities are no closer to cracking the
case that has generated worldwide media
attention and tarnished the island's reputation
than they were a year ago.
Holloway's father, Dave Holloway of Meridian,
spoke with The Meridian Star last week about
the search for his daughter and the
investigation by officials in Aruba, which he
believes has been flawed by corruption and
incompetence.
Holloway and his former wife, Natalee's mother,
Beth Twitty, have filed a civil lawsuit against
the family of Dutch national
Joran Van der Sloot, the last person known to
have seen Holloway alive.
Dave Holloway said he will continue to push
to find out what happened to Natalee.
He said Natalee's case will be featured on the
television show "America's Most Wanted" on
June 7 and a final ocean search may be carried
out in June.
"The expense at this point in time has kind of
delayed that," Dave Holloway said.
"So I think it will happen probably within the
next month."
But Holloway, who spent 75 days in Aruba
looking for his daughter, doesn't plan to
return to the island.
"I did all I could do as far as land searching.
The ocean search I leave to somebody else,"
Holloway said.
While Aruban authorities are keeping all
options open, they believe Holloway most likely
is dead and buried on the island.
Police have said prevailing currents likely would
have washed her body ashore if she drowned
or if her body was thrown into the sea.
*******************************
Aruba made the decision to seperate a young
girl from her family forever.
It was the fault of the ALE who did not react
quickly and diligently to a response for help.
Yes they may have had other cries of wolf
before but after 1 day they should have realised the
black guys they tried to pin in on had no clue of what
had happened. They protected the rich boys and
showed no concern for natalee's life or her parents.
You may chose to stop searching Aruba but
your Island's reputation will be forever
in the dog house. ...
I will not allow people to forget...
TTC STRIKES!
Toronto transit employees walk off the jobUpdated Mon. May. 29 2006 7:37 AM ET
CTV.ca News Staff
Some 700,000 commuters in Canada's largest city had to

employees walked off the job.
Subway stations were locked and buses and streetcars
remained parked in garages while confused commuters
scrambled to find alternate routes to work. ...

This morning found me luckily getting up at
4am and catching a ride into Toronto with
my husband. This strike affects the working
poor whose employeesstill expect the minimum
wage employee to be at work regardless.
Through the years TTC union employees have
held us all at their mercy.
My job starts at 10am so you can imagine how
tired and sleepy I am right now. I usually take
the Durham transit/Go train and TTC to work
each morning.
The expense is great and to think about taking
a taxi from Union Station to Eglinton well....
I'd rather stay home.
Unemployment insurance should be forced to
cover days missed at work for hourly employers
when things like this happen.

Indonesia quake strikes...
The 6.2 magnitude quake struck at the crack of dawn
when many were still in bed.
It was the third major
tremor to hit Indonesia in
18 months, the worst being
the quake on
December 26, 2004 and its
resulting tsunami which left some 170,000 people dead
or missing...
This morning as I was assisting my dad to
hook up his television.
He had just finished moving in with me and
wanted to sit and relax.
Imagine the horror when we realized a quake
had hit the same area affected by a tsunami
in 2004.
The magnitude-6.3 quake struck at 5.54am
and because of our early morning activities
we had just heard.
