Forensic investigators examining bag in park
Vancouver -- Police said a bag that may contain
body parts was discovered by a citizen in a
Vancouver park.
Officers were not releasing much information
last night.
In a recorded message on their media hotline, police
said that a citizen walking in New Brighton Park
discovered a bag "with what may or may not be
body parts in it."
The major crimes section and forensic investigators
were on scene as well as patrol officers.
Police said the investigation into the
"suspicious circumstance" was ongoing.
