It's getting harder each day to update my blog.
I am concentrating on eating smartly and gaining
more energy. The energy now available is being
spent around my home instead of sitting on the
computer.
The 2 hours a day I once devoted to sitting and
surfing has diminished to half an hour each day.
I have not forgotten the missing or the horrible
assaults happening around us or the ongoing
abuse of the poor.
I have lots of ideas but too many fingers in
too many pies.
Effective Monday changes are coming!
I will spend more time here.....
