HIV spreader found guilty
New Westminster, B.C.
— A B.C. jury has decided an HIV-positive man knowingly
spread the virus to his sexual partners.
HIV-infected Adrian Nduwayo, 36, was found guilty on
Tuesday on five counts of aggravated sexual assault, one
count of attempted aggravated sexual assault and one
count of sexual assault.
The charges relate to the man's failing to disclose his
condition and engaging in unprotected sex with seven
women between 2000 and 2003.
Mr. Nduwayo was accused of having sexual contact
with the women after he was informed that he had
the deadly virus. Three women he had sex with now
have HIV and claim he never told them about his
condition and did not use condoms.
During the trial, Nduwayo testified that he didn't tell
the women because they didn't ask. Some of them
found out when they saw a story on the news that
the police were looking for him for allegedly spreading
HIV, court heard.
Nine women testified against Mr. Nduwayo.

Well the woman who infected the soldiers got
house arrest.
Can't wait to see what this man gets!

telling him that she is HIV positive has been sentenced to
house arrest for a year.
Jennifer Murphy, 32, was sentenced in Barrie, Ont., on

Friday after pleading guilty to aggravated sexual assault
in November.
