AM I CRAZY?

I am not at all prepared for the snow storm
that's expected. This summer I fell and broke my leg
as I left the bank, NO I WAS NOT ROBBING IT!,
just in case you may have thought so. I tripped
on a discarded pizza slice container that some
inconsiderate person had thrown there.
I still have a bit of pain with the right foot but
I guess in a year or so I will be back to my former shape.
It is realy strange what people will say at times. Last night as I
watched the fox news with my neighbours
... as my hubby is too cheap to get it LOL.
We watched them announce that if the Natalee Holloway case
is not solved my January, Aruba will sent it to the cold files.
-as if it was not there all this time- who are they fooling?
Well my neighbour asked in her squeeky voice:
((Actually she does not have a squeeky voice-
I am using this for effect LOL))
"------ Do you think that maybe she was really asleep
on the beach and maybe a whale or shark came onto
the beach and dragged her away?"

At first I was stunned and then I thought she meant
an alligator but she assured me she meant a shark
or killer whale.
I laughed naturally ( at her) but this morning I am here
searching on the web to see if this had ever happened.
Am I crazy or is she?
It is wise to research before you tell neighbours who
have Fox television- "See a shrink huh?"
They may not let you back to watch their TV.
