CANADA'S SHAME AND SCANDAL

Karla Homolka's new look?

KARLA WE HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN AND

CANADIANS WILL BE WATCHING YOU!
THE LOST LIVES OF OUR DAUGHTERS DO NOT COME CHEAPLY!

Homolka ruling appalls victims' families
Nov. 30, 2005. 06:35 PM
CANADIAN PRESS
MONTREAL — The mother of one of Karla Homolka’s

teenage victims said she felt “kicked in the stomach”
today after a judge ruled the schoolgirl killer can come
and go with no restrictions.
The families of slain teenagers Kristen French and

Leslie Mahaffy reacted with horror to news that
Homolka no longer has to report to the police and
can even contact them and her ex-husband Paul
Bernardo.
“The shock and disbelief and anguish that they

expressed to me on the phone this morning was
very painful to hear,” Tim Danson, the families’
lawyer, said in Toronto.
Danson said Debbie Mahaffy, Leslie’s mother,

told him `I feel that I have been kicked in the
stomach.’ ”
Justice James Brunton of Quebec Superior

Court acknowledged in his ruling the possibility
that Homolka, who now goes by the name
Karla Leanne Teale, could reoffend one day.
“However, her development over the last 12 years

demonstrates, on a balance of probabilities,
that this is unlikely to occur.
She does not represent a real and imminent
danger to commit a personal injury offence.
. . The appeal should be granted.”
Homolka left prison in July after completing a

12-year sentence for manslaughter in the
sordid sex slayings of French and Mahaffy
in the 1990s.
The restrictions under Criminal Code provisions

were handed down in June after another judge
ruled Homolka still posed a risk to the community.
The restrictions included having to report her

whereabouts and travel plans to police on a
regular basis. She was also to provide a
DNA sample when she left prison but it was
not clear if that was done.
Lawyers for Homolka were not available for

comment.
Niagara Region police Insp. Brian Eckhardt,

who worked to help impose the restrictions,
said he feels powerless to protect the
community of St. Catharines, where the killings
took place.
“We have no idea now whether or not she is

coming to this area,” Eckhardt told Global TV.
“So our ability to protect the citizens of this area
are diminished and certainly our ability to
protect her has been eliminated.”
Danson described Brunton’s decision as

“very serious and thoughtful” but said the
judge made legal errors.
Danson said the families believe the

application for the restrictions was bungled
and they should have been allowed to intervene.
He also suggested the current federal election

campaign is a good time to start a public
debate about Sec. 810 of the Criminal Code,
which grants the restrictions.
Joanne Marceau, a spokeswoman for the

Quebec Justice Department, said several
options are being considered, including an
appeal and an attempt to seek another set of
conditions.
“We will take a decision very, very promptly,”

she said, although she did not rule out letting
Brunton’s decision stand.
“We have to consider that this woman is free

since more than six months,” Marceau said.
“The information we have since she was

released (is) that she has always respected the
conditions that were imposed on her. She seems
to have been a good citizen for now.”
Ontario Attorney General Michael Bryant said

he hopes the decision will be appealed.
“Believe me, this is not over,” he said. “It’s not

over in Quebec, it certainly is not over in the
province of Ontario,” said Bryant, adding he
would contact the Quebec attorney general.
Bryant said the Ontario government had been

confident the restrictions would be upheld.
“To say that I’m disappointed would be an

understatement,” Bryant said. “I am urging an
appeal of this decision.
“And furthermore, we will continue to do

everything we can to protect the public under
these circumstances.”
Under Brunton’s ruling, Homolka can go where

she pleases and see anyone she wants.
The ruling also means Homolka – if she wants

to – can contact Bernardo, who is serving a life
sentence for the schoolgirl killings.
Brunton suggested the lower court decision

granting the restrictions lacked balance in that
there was not much favourable to Homolka
presented at the hearing.
“This was a complex case which called for the

analysis of the development, or lack thereof, of
Ms. Teale over a period of 12 years. The proof
presented was not exclusively negative from
Ms. Teale’s point of view.”
Homolka and Bernardo took the surname Teale

from a movie in the 1990s. The character with
the name Teale was a serial killer.
Several media initially reported eight of the 1
4
conditions were struck down but Brunton
confirmed he had voided them all.
Ontario Conservative justice critic Bob Runciman

said he believes the conditions on Homolka were
valid.
“From our perspective and the perspective of most

Ontarians, we felt the conditions, the restrictions
placed on her were reasonable and
were justified,” he said in Toronto. “I think it’s going
to be of great concern to victims’ families for sure.”
Runciman criticized the Ontario government for

not paying to allow the families of Homolka’s
victims to attend the appeal hearing.
“If the families were there I think it would’ve elevated

the issue with respect to the decision being taken
by the judge.”
Homolka is believed to be living in the Montreal area.

My Hopes dashed for this year!

I am truly frustrated today.
I was unable to post my novel due to
technicalities.
I saved it in note book instead or wordpad
and closed my MSword file without saving
the changes.
I was ready to post the notebook then
realized it was not the format I needed.
I deleted it and opened Msword to find
my novel gone gone gone..
I was left with 10000 words.
I have now got it back up to 22000
words but that's not enough to make
it for tonight.
I had to copy it from emails I had sent back
and forth
to my main email account.
Unfortunately it did not have it all.
AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHhhhh
there is next year I guess.
Well I am going to go shopping and
use the dayoff from work that I stole
to try and complete my novel
wisely.

hehehe
unfortunately you unlucky readers will have
the opprtunity to read it when it's done in a
week or too.

How lucky can you get huh!

many gays did not choose this lifestyle and suicide
is one of the ways used to hide the pain.
the fear and shame of being gay is killing our children.
gays eat, breath and have feeling like we all do.

Who would choose to be hated for life?
Footprints In The Sand
by Mary Stevenson
One night a man had a dream.
He dreamed he was walking along
the beach with the LORD.
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene he noticed two sets of
footprints in the sand:
one belonging to him, and the other to
the LORD.
When the last scene of his life flashed
before him,
he looked back at the footprints in the
sand.
He noticed that many times along the
path of his life there was only one set
of footprints.
He also noticed that it happened at the
very lowest and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him and he
questioned the LORD about it:
"LORD, you said that once I decided to
follow you, you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life, there is
only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why, when I needed
you most you would leave me."
The LORD replied:
"My son, my precious child,
I love you and I would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffering,
when you see only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you."

Lets love one another this holiday season
and not judge wach other unfairly!!!

Domestic Abuse does not take Holidays!

The holiday season is here
again and families are putting
their best face forward.
Victims of family violence
will be looking for that
unreachable peace and joy that has been denied
them for so long.
Stress, financial limits, family estrangement and
distance, behaviors, substance abuse, and unrealistic
expectations are some contributing factors to family
violence occurring during the holiday season.
Domestic violence flourishes and feeds on itself,
often carrying into the next generation.
Its a Family legacy of violence against the ones
you love.
Domestic violence is less likely to be reported
over the holidays as the victims pray to pull through
the holiday without any or more incidents.
The holidays are a season for family gatherings
and memory making.
No one can or should live in isolation or fear because
of abuse.
We need to be conscious of stressors, triggers, and
potentially harmful situations which appear over
the holiday seasons.
Remember that police officers don’t need to
witness a domestic assault or offense and
don’t need a warrant to arrest.
Acts of violence should be reported to law
enforcement immediately by calling 911
If you’ve been injured, seek medical attention
and report incidents to police.

MAKE THIS SEASON A WARM MEMORY
Save yourself and your family from
anymore of this!

Mr. Sooden, 32, a Canadian electrical engineer, was

fun-loving and he is known to be passionate about
the plight of the underprivileged around the globe.”

Two others, Tom Fox, 51, of Clearbrook, Va., and

LIBERAL -No Confidence vote!

Vote topples Canadian government
Election expected in January after no-confidence measure

(CNN) -- After months of political instability, the government
of Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin fell Monday evening
when three opposition parties united to topple him with a
no-confidence vote in the House of Commons.
Martin's center-left Liberal Party had been dogged by a

corruption scandal. It will now face voters in an expected
January election that could end 12 years of Liberal rule in
America's largest trading partner -- after a campaign
over the Christmas holidays that the prime minister

Hormone treatment for gay men?

UAE: Hormone treatment for gay men

Tuesday, November 29, 2005

Posted: 1140 GMT (1940 HKT)
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (Reuters)
-- Men arrested at what a United Arab Emirates official
said appeared to be a gay wedding are to be given
hormone therapy, officials said on Tuesday.
The U.S. State Department condemned the forced

medical treatment of gay couples in the Muslim Gulf
Arab state and called on the UAE to comply with
international legal standards.
Police raided a hotel earlier this month where 26

homosexuals of Asian, Arab and UAE origin were at
a party.
"They will be given psychological, medical and
sociological treatment. Some of them will be given
male hormones because some actually took female
hormones," Sayar said.
"This kind of behavior is immoral in our society
and so we must address the issue."
Homosexuality is forbidden by law in most Arab states.

International Day Against Violence Against Women

Jamaica joins the world in decrying
violence against women
Monday, November 28, 2005
KINGSTON, Jamaica:

Jamaica joined the rest of the world in
observing International Day Against
Violence Against Women
on Friday.
Faith Webster, Acting Executive Director of the Bureau

of Women's Affairs, said that Jamaica would mark the
occasion through the staging of a programme of activities
at Emancipation Park in Kingston.
The initiative was "undertaken as part of the Bureau's

thrust to assist in sensitizing and educating the public in
addition to raising awareness on the issue of violence
against women," Mrs. Webster noted.
Outlining the activities, she said, "we will be having a

programme of events with the focus this year being on
issues concerning domestic violence and sexual abuse.
The guest speaker at the opening ceremony will be
Dr. Paul Robertson, Minister of Development.
This year we decided specifically to target students in high
schools and the youth. Of course it is still open to the public
because we want everybody to be sensitized about the issue."
A total of 80 schools from across the island have been

invited to participate in the various activities that will be a
part of tomorrow's event at Emancipation Park.
There will be a variety of sessions including a presentation
from the HIV/AIDS National Committee on Risky Behaviour.
Students will also get a chance to voice their concerns on
violence and other issues affecting them during an open
forum.
"Persons can come prepared for a very informative day

through educational films developed by the Bureau on
domestic violence and sexual abuse, dramatic performances
as well as entertainment by several groups and booth
displays," commented Mrs. Webster.
A panel discussion will highlight human trafficking, which

has become an issue of main concern especially as this
relates to violence against women and children and the
recent findings, which put Jamaica on a tier three list by
the United States Government. The Bureau of Women's
Affairs hopes that out of these discussions, women would
become more aware and the knowledge garnered would
assist them in protecting themselves.
The International Day Against Violence Against Women

emerged from the story of the four Mirabal sisters, who
grew up in a city in the Dominican Republic during the era
of the dictator Rafael Trujillo. Three of them - Minerva,
Patria, and Maria Teresa - were brutally murdered by the
Trujillo dictatorship in the Dominican Republic in 1960 for
their involvement in efforts to overthrow the fascist
government.
According to Mrs. Webster, "in 1981 Latin American and

Caribbean nations protested the killing of the sisters and
proposed that a day be set apart for women, who had
violence meted out against them".
On December 17, 1999, the United Nations General

Assembly designated November 25 as the annual date
for the International Day Against Violence Against Women
in commemoration of the sisters.
The day was set aside for women groups and activists to

look at the issues concerning sexual violence and sexual
abuse in their own countries. Additionally, the day affords
activists the opportunity to conceptualize strategies that
can be implemented in an attempt to address the
prevailing issues.

Seeing Jamaica move into the 20 century finally and
acknowledge subjects normally kept secret pleases
me.
I heard my grandmother's friend once telling my
grandmother her daughter in law deserved the
beatings she got from her son. It trouble me and when
I asked my grandmother about it. She said some
men are like that. "Don't get involved with a
mother's son".
She said we should not get involved and although even
the neighbours knew what this man did- no one
moved to help her. I was only 9 at the time.

Thanksgiving Tragedy!!!

Florida Suspect Beat his Family to Death on Thanksgiving

Monday, November 28, 2005
Details are emerging re: the killings of four members of a Florida

family. The Sarasota Herald-Tribune reports the victims were
beaten to death with a pipe on Thanksgiving.A 20-year-old
man has admitted to detectives he killed his family.
The man's parents, elderly grandmother and younger brother

were found in their home Sunday.
Henderson, whose criminal history includes domestic violence,

aggravated assault and carrying a concealed firearm on school
grounds, had a troubled relationship with his parents, a
neighbour said. Efforts to help him with his a drug addiction,
had failed.

Henderson returned to the family house Sunday morning and

confronted his mother's parents, Wauchula residents who had
grown worried because they had not heard from Richard and
Jeaneane Henderson in a couple of days.
Henderson told them not to go down the road because his folks
were fighting. Through a window, the relatives and neighbors were
able to see at least one body on a floor in a utility room covered
with a comforter. One of Henderson's uncles who arrived at the
house kicked in a door. The authorities were called about 12:30
p.m.
It is reported that on Friday, Henderson, who had been living

with his parents, checked in at the Guesthouse International Inn
in Ellenton near U.S. 301 and Interstate 75.He paid cash and
stayed in Room 230, a smoking room with a king size bed.
Hotel employees said Henderson, was accompanied by two

younger girls in dark clothing, with black lipstick and black

Reponsibility and Trust fails!!!

Teen fell, out of fear
Fatal bid to get out of flat to avoid pal's parents

By CHRIS DOUCETTE, TORONTO SUN
Investigators have confirmed that a teenage

boy who plunged to his death from a 15th-floor
apartment in Scarborough was trying not to get
caught in the home by a girl's parents.
Toronto Police say the 16-year-old was in the building at

15 Cougar Crt., a block north of Markham Rd. and Eglinton
Ave. E., with another teen boy and a teen girl who lived there
around 7:30 Saturday night. The girl's parents arrived home a
little early, the youths "panicked,"
and decided to tie sheets together and scale down the outside
of the highrise from a bedroom window.
"This was just a group of kids who made a very bad decision
that had tragic consequences," Det. Steve Peconi
of 42 Division said yesterday.
Some reports have suggested the dead teen -- whose name

was not released -- was the girl's boyfriend.
But Peconi was adamant that the three teens were all just

friends, who really weren't doing anything.
"These kids weren't screwing around. There was no smell

of tobacco, no evidence of any drugs, and nobody had
been drinking," he explained.
"It was just three friends hanging out. But the girl

was not allowed to have boys over without her parents
knowing."
PARENTS LOCKED OUT
The girl's parents arrived home and were locked out of

their home by the teens as they devised and followed
through on what turned out to be a fatal plan.
Peconi said the teens, "all good kids," didn't have enough

sheets. "I guess they thought they could climb part way down
and drop the rest of the way," he speculated.
The 16-year-old boy was the only one to climb out the

window and he didn't get far before slipping and falling.
The doorknob of the door to the girl's apartment was missing

yesterday and repeated attempts for comment from the girl's
family went unanswered.
The dead boy's parents were too distraught to talk.
"They're devastated," Peconi said. "They can't believe their

son would do such a thing. They're in total shock."
Divya Garg, 19, who lives on the 15th floor at the opposite

end of the building, said she'll never forget the sight of watching
the boy fall to his death.
"I heard a loud scream, so I looked up and saw him falling

to the ground," recalled the 19-year-old.
"It was just horrible."
Peconi cautioned other teenagers to think things through

and avoid making perilous mistakes.
"Kids shouldn't be so scared of parents that they would risk

their lives," he said.
"And parents shouldn't be so strict that their kids are

afraid to be honest with them."

***here we go blaming the parents again for a teen's
stupid mistake.

A horrible death but this could have been avoided by listening to
the parents in the first place.
I unfortunately rememberd another incident when the only rule in my
home was.
NO BOYS ALLOWED IN YOUR ROOM!
I was 12 and innocently thought it would be okay to show some
neighbours artwork that I had done. My mother chose that
moment to drive into the car porch. I hid my 2 friends under
the bed, while my girlfriend being smaller hid near the kitchen.
When my mother came in she snuck out.
My mother was home for lunch and I hoped she would leave
quickly. One of the boys hit the bed with his foot then.
My mothers keen ears and senses went into overtime.
I do not want to repete the scene ... It was not pleasant.
I learnt something from it. i was grounded for the weekend and
my faithful girlfriend instead of helping me out came over to
taunt me. When my mother repete the incident to her
she said. "Wow ****** should have known better than than."
I wanted to KILL HER.
...but god know how long I would get grounded for that.
Jamaica had no juvenile laws and the age of reason is 6.
I knew better...

Virgin Mary statue ‘crying’?

Believers flock to see Virgin Mary statue ‘crying’
‘It’s a miracle,’ parishioners say of reddish ‘tears’ on statute in Sacramento

Updated: 9:33 p.m. ET Nov. 26, 2005
SACRAMENTO, Calif.

- Carrying rosary beads and cameras, the faithful have been
coming in a steady stream to a church on the outskirts of
Sacramento for a glimpse of what some are calling a miracle:
A statue of the Virgin Mary they say has begun crying a
substance that looks like blood.
It was first noticed more than a week ago, when a priest

at the Vietnamese Catholic Martyrs Church spotted a stain
on the statue’s face and wiped it away. Before Mass on Nov. 20,
people again noticed a reddish substance near the eyes of the
white concrete statue outside the small church,
said Ky Truong, 56, a parishioner.
Since then, Truong said he has been at the church day and

night, so emotional he can’t even work. He believes the tears
are a sign.
Thousands of such incidents are reported around the world
each year, though many turn out to be hoaxes or natural
phenomena.

Female genital mutilation...

A reader brought this topic to my attention:
Islam United to Stop Female Genital Mutilation

The Independent (Banjul) NEWS
November 21, 2005
Posted to the web November 22, 2005
Banjul Ministers, politicians and religious leaders from almost 50
Muslim states were gathered for two days in the Moroccan capital

at the first Islamic childhood conference.
The resulting "Rabat Declaration" puts special emphasis on
female genital mutilation and other harmful practices
discriminating girls, underlining it is against Islam.
Female genital mutilation (FGM), which is also called
female circumcision, is most widespread in sub-Saharan
Muslim cultures, but Muslim scholars for decades have
emphasised that there is no Islamic basis for the very harmful
practice, which causes many deaths among young girls
each year. …
“The Declaration urged all Muslim countries where FGM is

practiced to act strongly against the non-Islamic tradition.”

Genital Mutilation: Three million girls affected annually
• Sunday, November 27, 2005
An estimated three million girls in sub-Saharan Africa including

Nigeria and the Middle East still suffer genital mutilation every
year, a UN report said on Friday.
The new report by the UN Children's Fund, however, said the

age-old ritual could be eliminated within a single generation
through open public discussion and legal action.
“Real and lasting change is possible,”
said Marta Santos Pais, Director of UNICEF
Innocenti Research Centre, which issued the report, titled:

Changing a Harmful Social Convention:
Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting.

“Change will happen when communities including girls, boys,

men and women are empowered by knowledge to make
choices that are healthy and empowering to individuals
and societies,” she added.
Female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C) is a traditional

practice believed to enhance a girl's beauty, honour,
marriageability, social status and chastity.
Parents encourage cutting so that the family's honour and the

girl's best interest are protected.
In the 28 countries where female FGM/C is performed, prior

estimates suggested that two million girls undergo the procedure
yearly.
UNICEF said: although, there is evidence that in some countries
Benin, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Ethiopia,

Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania and Yemen, the practice is declining,
eliminating FGM/C on a large scale will require far greater efforts
by governments, civil society and the international community,
the report stated.
note:In addition to causing severe pain, FGM/C can result in

prolonged bleeding, infection, infertility and death.

ARUBA NEW BULL****

Do I beleve the 3 boys? Hell No

From Aruba the Truth:
"The Dutch Forensic Institute has also concluded that in the case

of the interview shown in the programmes of Dr. Phil and Rita Cosby

the images were manipulated.

In this case they are referring to the Jaime Skeeter’s tapes/DVD’s that were provided.

Jaime Skeeters went on record as saying it was plain as day what was said,

“that even his grandmother could hear it”.

I sent him a DVD because he only had the working models, even the chief says

“Yes, I can hear what you’re saying and what he said.”

My old grandmother can even hear what was said on those tapes from the laptop."

You know this sounds familiar.....
One day a couple days after making a move to a new apartment with
my 2 youngest girls...I noticed my Glass blender was missing
... not just the jar, all of it. I asked the girls If they had seen it.
One daughter told me we don't have one. I insisted we did. The elder
daughter of the two had the nerve to insist I was dreaming.
Well unfortunately for them I produced the pictures from my album
to prove I was not hullucinating.
The blender sitting on the kitchen counter clearly for all to see and
myself smiling at the idiot taking the picture.
One daughter then asked me if I didn't remember it had broken?

What could I do but laugh...... They were good I must admit.
Except I was their mother and I knew them for what they were!!!!

BUSH- human still!!!

Re: Bush in trouble?

...Then we heard about the Bush plan toblow up al-Jazeera."

In light of the situation here. I myself was ready to bomb al-Jazeera
many times for their irresponsible reporting styles.
.....they seem intent to stir up trouble and spread hate and propaganda
....needless to say I did'nt and wouldn't, but that did not stop me thinking it
...so I am willing to bet if that remark was made it was most likely in anger
......believe me in regards to these terrorists...I have said my share!!!!!
I AM ONLY HUMAN AFTER ALL

.... last I checked so is BUSH LOL

psst: Actually I like this great American Leader...He makes me feel safe even
up here in Canada.

A guide for giving flowers...

Do you need advice on How to search
among the weeds and pick the right flower
for somone special!

Flowers are not only given on Birthdays,
Funerals and Mothers day's.
Flowers can be used to say "Thank you",
"Hey you are someone special" or just
"Hey you are a nice person!"
Mothers, daughters, sisters and friends enjoy the gift
of flowers even when just to tell them you are thinking
about them.

Here are a few examples of flowers
and their meanings:
Lillies
Most often associated with Easter, lilies are a popular flower
for weddings
Roses
The rose is the official flower of England has been a symbol of
love and desire for centuries. The red roses denoting love,
white roses symbolizing innocence and silence, and pink roses
signifying friendship,
and if you want to say something different, simply mix up the
colours.
Carnations
My favourite, A long lasting flower.Pink carnations being the
flower of choice for Mother’s Day, White carnations popular
for weddings and expressing sympathy, and
Red carnations being used to express love and affection.
Irises
The friendship flower. Once a symbol of faith to the ancient
Greeks, the iris has more recently been associated with
French nobility as the Fleur-de-lis.
Irises come in strong colours, fragrance, and delicate

appearance.
Irises are not immediately associated with romance so
can safely be given to a friend or acquaintance.
DID YOU KNOW?
Giving a red tulip is telling the person they are a perfect lover?
Giving an orchid is saying You posses a refined beauty;
You are delicate
The gift of a gardenia symbolizes My love for you is secret!

My Christmas Tree!

Tonight I am putting up my CHRISTMAS TREE ... Not my Holiday tree
or my special tree. It is a Christian Holiday and it has been celebrated
this way in western cultures for thousands of years.
I am not about to change them. I have celebrated Divali and I enjoyed
the ceremony immensely. I participated as best I could and showed
my respect.
I also celebrated EID last year with muslim friends and respected their
holiday. Is it too much to ask that all immigrants with different cultures
respect mine?
A horrible incident happened last year as we were at a neighbours
for dinner. A sales man of obviously different background unknowingly
knocked on the door to sell a product
...yes on the 26DECEMBER -Boxing day!
We were in the middle of dinner and my neighbour asked him if he
knew what day this was. He politely suggested to him that he should
go home and refrain from knocking on other doors incase he met up
with a terrible Irate person.
As much as people enjoy boxing day sales
.... NOT AT THEIR HOMES PLEASE!!

Woman admits AIDS assault

STOP AND ASK YOURSELF
AM I PROTECTED!!

Woman admits AIDS assault
BUT NOT WHY SHE DID IT?
A woman accused of deliberately

trying to infect a CFB Borden
soldier with the deadly HIV virus
pleaded guilty in court yesterday. She will be sentenced on Dec. 9.
The petite redhead was charged with deliberately
trying to infect a soldier with HIV by having sex with him without t

elling him she had AIDS. The soldier, 22, said Murphy came on to
him and another soldier at the barracks at CFB Borden, saying,
"How you doin', cuties?"
and offering to have sex with both of them at the same time and
then "flashing" to give them a glimpse of her nipple ring.
YES IT WAS ALL HER FAULT OF COURSE!!!
Later he invited her to his room but he had to tell her to calm

down when she quickly stripped and
said, "I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait,"

and then asked him to have sex without a condom.
"She said she liked it better without a condom,"

he testified.

"I said is there anything I would have to worry about and
she said no, she had her tubes tied. I said okay."
AGAIN THIS MAN FAILED TO LIVE UP TO A
RESPONSIBLE SEXUAL ENCOUNTER!!!
He said for days after the sexual encounter
Murphy

"stalked" him, with constant phone calls, showing up at
his work, pacing in the parking lot of his building, even screaming
his name out in the hallways, with requests for more sex.
"It kind of freaked me out,"

he said.
"There was no escaping her.
It was getting on my
nerves and I called police."

Days later the military police showed up at his door and
informed him that Murphy had AIDS.
POOR GUY ALL HE WANTED WAS THE SEX?

Responsiblility lies with both parties during
concensuous sex to protect themselves.
my grandmother used to say
...Anything too free aint any good!
She was certainly right here!

Amon Beckles buried

Toronto —
Amon Beckles, the 18-year-old gunned
down outside a church earlier this
month, was buried Saturday after a funeral service
marked by anger and sorrow, and by those who
urged that his death should not be in vain.
Nearly 450 people packed a north Toronto church to
remember Mr. Beckles, who was described as a warm,
fun-loving young man with a charming smile.
Outside, a large contingent of plain clothes and uniform

police officers kept watch to prevent a repeat of the gunfire
that took Mr. Beckles's life. He was killed after stepping
outside for a cigarette at the funeral of Jamal Hemmings,
17, a close friend whose shooting death Mr. Beckles
had witnessed.
Provincial and municipal politicians joined religious
leaders at the funeral service in speaking out about the
need to create more opportunities for young people in
Toronto's black communities.
Close to 50 young men, the majority of them black,

have been killed by gunfire in Toronto this year.
Reverend Al Bowen, who led the service, said it's time

for the community to take responsibility for its children.
He called on families to provide stable environments
for their kids, and called on governments to provide
more street-level law enforcement for the community.
"What's being done by government comes from a

good heart, but it's inadequate," Rev. Bowen said.
